Burt’s Bees Lip Balm. A Review.

Thursday, 17th Feb 2011
I have recently been using the Burt’s Bees Rejuvenating Lip Balm with Acai Berry. It’s my first ever Burt’s Bees and I’m really impressed.
It tastes and smells super yummy, is really moisturising and 100% natural – no parabens or nasties. They are made with a combination of beeswax, coconut and sunflower oils, vitamins and essential acids.
It feels really gentle and leaves my lips soft and  smooth. Also it’s not overly greasy so makes a great base for lip colour.
The packaging is nice and simple and the cap stays firmly on, so easy and safe to throw in your handbag. They are really affordable too – £3.49 for 4.25g.
PhotobucketDefinitely a keeper and the bonus is, I keep getting told I smell nice! And for anyone who’s partial to a bit of a celebrity endorsement, I hear that Glee’s Dianna Agron is a huge fan of Burt’s Bees Lip Balms. Apparently Dianna told Sunday Times Style, “I always have the pomegranate one on me”.
Available from, Boots, John Lewis, Wholefoods, Debenhams, Heals and specially selected independent stores nationwide.
What’s your favourite lip balm?

I have a burts bees one in a circular tin.

However one I really cannot live withotu is Carmex, again in a round container, with yellow lid.

I have really dry lips and really need a decent one.
