Shopping is my huge source of enjoyment and satisfaction, so I need, or let’s say wish for, the whole experience to be absolutely perfect whether it is in store or on-line. There is nothing like a rude sales assistant, or having to chase up a late delivery, to take the shine off my lovely new purchase.
