I have to say I have seriously fallen for the Clarins Skin Illusion foundation, £24 (I am wearing  shade 107 here). It really does create a flawless, dewy, natural looking base and I didn't need to use any concealer at all.

I have been doing loads with my hair recently - colouring it, curling it, straightening, spraying it and spritzing it!! The more obsessed I get with my hair (and trust me I'm getting there!) the more stress I seem to be putting it through, and the harder it's becoming to get my brush through.

So I thought I'd give Fushi's Really Good Hair Oil a go. I figured that if it lived up to it's name then .....

So it's really easy to use. You massage it in to the scalp (probably an easier task for finer hair than mine), leave it on overnight and wash it out the following morning. I did a couple of shampoos, instead of the normal one, to make sure all the oil was out. I conditioned my hair as normal.

And without getting carried away, I really did notice a difference after the first use. My hair felt softer and smoother, and dare I say it, stronger, pretty much straight away.

Celebrity Launch Party for Imagine Spa

Last Friday I had a fab overnight stay at Heathrow Terminal 5's brand new Hilton Hotel. The hotel itself is gorgeous and the Imagine Spa they have there is even better. I spent Saturday having an amazing massage and basically relaxing in the beautiful spa area that has everything and more in terms of pampering and luxury. Salt grotto, aroma steam room, sauna, feature showers and ice fountain all situated around the centre piece hydrotherapy pool - absolutely gorgeous.

Superdrug Lend a Helping Hand to the Sally Army for Christmas

This is the fourth year for the Salvation Army's Annual Christmas Present Appeal, and this year high street beauty giant Superdrug are on board. Good for them!

The campaign launches on Wednesday, 23rd November 2011 and will run til 18th December at Superdrug stores nationwide.

It's all about making sure that all children and families receive a Christmas present this during the festivities and we can help with it too by going into our local Superdrug and donating a new, unwrapped toy or gift.  Salvation Army volunteers then pick up and wrap the gifts, and distribute locally to people who may not have anything on their Christmas list this year.

And as a little bonus for us, Salavation Army bands will be playing outside selected Superdrug stores over launch week. That'll get you feeling festive!

Philip Kingsley Scalp Mask. A Tingly Treat!

I absolutely love this little beauty. It a gorgeous treat for a part of me that doesn't really get too much attention...my scalp!

It gets forgotten for obvious reasons - you know - in most cases it's entirely hidden by hair. But I have to say, it's definitely worthy of this little treat which feels amazing and helps tackle any dry or flaky scalp issues you may have.

I suffer with my scalp every now and then (glam!!) and the Philip Kingsley Scalp Mask is the perfect fix. It's £4.60 for 30mls. You dampen your hair and massage it into the scalp then clingfilm your head and wait for twenty minutes. It tingles and feels super refreshing - love it. You just shampoo and  condition as normal.

If I want to treat my hair too, I stick on the Phillip Kingsley Elastizer onto the lengths too, and whizz the  whole lot up in the clingfilm. Love that too - leaves my hair feeling soft and strong. That's £14 for 75mls.

In fact, I've talked myself into it, I need to get my hair looking good for tomorrow so I'm off to Philip Kingsley double dose!!

Freya Active - Sports Bra Review. Some frank talk about controlling the girls...

As part of my whole ReeFit drive I have joined Virgin Active where I have been spinning, doing Zumba classes and throwing in a bit of running too. And all this activity demands a good sports bra.

Now without going into too much detail, I have biggish boobs, and controlling those girls while the rest of me is jiggling around is nearly as big a challenge as getting motivated to jiggle in the first place.
