Radical Skincare

I went to a really interesting skincare launch this week.

Radical Skincare - Liz Edlich

This is Liz Edlich, co-founder of Radical Skincare (she's 48 can you believe it??). She spoke to us in depth about her skincare range and I have to say it was pretty inspiring. Apart Liz herself being extremely charismatic and aspirational, the claims she made about the Radical skincare range are rather stunning.

You need to see these stats...

Radical Skincare

Check this out... fighting the ageing process is really all about antioxidants shielding our skin from the attack of free radicals - the most important contributing factor in premature ageing.

Radical Skincare's Peptide Infused Antioxidant Serum has tested 300% more potent in antioxidant than leading beauty brands (as you can see in the slide shown above).

And it is the potency that is important, which is why Radical Skincare developed Trylacel - the first ever technology to safeguard the potency of the ingredients until they get to the skin.

Radical Skincare Restorative Moisture

The other stand out product is Restorative Moisture, proven to increase hydration by 66% in 2 weeks and decrease wrinkle depth by 50% after 4 weeks. It will also work on darks spots, firmness, elasticity, brightening and evenness.

I'm told combining the Peptide Serum and Restorative Moisture is the "anti-ageing one-two punch" and I have them both to try! Exciting!!!

They are pretty much next on my list to trial. Can't wait! The range is pricey - the Peptide Serum is £105 and the Moisturiser is £85 - but if they work in the way I hope they do, it could just be worth it!

The range also comprises a cleanser, exfoliating pads, an eye treatment, a neck treatment and a Youth Infusing serum. It launches in Harrods 4th March 2012.

Visit www.radicalskincare.com for more info. Does 300% more antioxidants excite you as much as it does me?!
