I think the things that make the outfit are the lips and the waves.
The lips are my latest beauty obsession - YSL's Glossy Stain, and I used my fave new styling tool, Babyliss Soft Waves to curl my hair. I have a how to video with Babyliss coming up on that! It is really easy to use.
