St Ives 7 Day Trial - The Verdict

So it has been a week since I told you about my St Ives 7 Day Challenge and now I am back with the results!

St Ives Apricot Scrub - Invigorating

And as you can probably guess from the photo, I am really happy with the results. It is a lovely, lovely scrub.

But will I use it now that the trial is over?

I have to admit that though I am a serious exfoliation fan, I haven't really been using that many scrubs recently because I have literally fallen head over heels with my Clarisonic Mia. I wasn't sure that there was room for a traditional scrub in my life any more!

However, my St Ives 7 Day Challenge has proved that there is! So this past week I used the St Ives scrub every other day in place of my Clarisonic sesh and it has really helped me appreciate again the joys and benefits of a good old granular scrub!

This St Ives scrub left my skin super soft and glowing. When I used it at night I found that my skin appeared more hydrated from my moisturiser the next morning. When I used it in the day, it prepped my skin perfectly for my serums, creams and foundation.

After a week of use (4 times) my skin looks and feels clear and bright and is much less congested. I will be including it in my weekly regime going forward.

The St Ives Apricot Invigorating Scrub is in stock at Superdrug now and is on offer for £1.97. It really is amazing value for money and definitely rates well against the many more expensive alternatives I have tried. Snap it up before it sells out again!

What scrubs do you like?

  3. I love face scrubs and I've been looking for a new one to try. I love the one I'm currently using, but it can start to dry my skin out if I don't moisturize like crazy afterwards. I might give this a try! Great review.
