Champneys at Henlow is just an hour's drive from London and it is beautifully hidden in 150 acres of amazing parkland. We were lucky enough to enjoy the outdoors, as we were blessed with gorgeous weather!

Fist off, the service was truly impeccable with the warmest of welcomes, very efficient and well organised check in, and the most comfortable of surroundings.
We got straight into our robes as soon as we got there and let the relaxation commence!
The food was really, really lovely, with tonnes of opportunity to be super healthy if you want to be, but with some gorgeous tasty treats too (we went for those!).

I have to be honest and admit that I didn't really pay much attention to this helpful guide to healthy eating, but I saw lots of other people were!
There was also opportunity to be fit and sporty with a variety of classes laid on throughout the day to cater for pretty much any exerciser's interests. There is a fully equipped gym and spacious studios.

The pool and spa area is super beautiful and we had absolutely gorgeous massages. Mine was the Mediterranean Bliss Stone Indulgence which uses hot stones and the most indulgent Champneys products. All of which can be bought in the Champneys shop on site.

I was so relaxed that it all felt pretty unreal. If you are looking for true relaxation and tranquility, I would unreservedly recommend a break at Champneys. They often have some really good value deals too, so it might not cost as much as you think. Check out the special offers here.
