To try and get ready for my holiday in Lanzerote I have been trying to lose a few of the pounds I put on in Dorset!

I have been juicing using the Philips Avance Collection Juicer.

I am a little bit of an expert when it comes to juicing, having had 2 different models previous to this, and I can safely say that this is the absolute best by a mile!

It makes super fast work of all kinds of fruit and vegetables with literally hardly any waste. In a flash you turn what you see above into this!

The juicer is so easy to clean – it only takes a few minutes – and so you can have it ready for action really fast. It is also really simple to put together and operate and comes with a free juicing recipe book from Jason Vale, the Juice Master. It contains tonnes of brilliant ideas.
I have been replacing my breakfast and large with large juices, drinking loads of water and then having a big healthy dinner. It has really helped to drop a few pounds and feel healthy. I love it!!!
The Philips Avance Juicer is available from Juicemaster.com for an offer price of £149.99. I recommend it unreservedly – if you like juicing then this is the machine you need.

I’ve always wanted a juicer (to make me healthier) but I’ve always thought it is one of those appliances you use a bit and then gets chucked in a cupboard never to see the light of day. Do you use yours regularly?

I always juice when I’m feeling a bit on the flabby side! I think I’ll use this even more cos it’s so easy to clean! Xxx

Argh I’ve been wanting a new juicer, but £150? Hmm starting a new fitness series on my blog, something to consider, maybe. I love how compact it looks. My old one looks really bulky in comparison.

I have a Philips juicer too, the one recommended by Jason Vale (don’t remember the model) and having a juice for breakfast and lunch followed by salad for dinner helped me lose 7lbs in a week, just in time for a 2 week break in St Lucia. Adding spirulina (yes it tastes like grass) really speeds up the weight loss.
