Right this is exciting. Today, I am going to Bestival with Max Factor and the reason I am doing this (apart from to have lots of jolly good fun) is to test out the latest foundation launch from Max Factor, the Max Factor Facefinity All Day Flawless 3-in-1 Foundation.

Now this is a pretty special formula that contains a primer to hold, a concealer to correct and a foundation to finish. Exciting eh?

This bit sounds even more exciting! The tri-brid formula is likened to a spider web because it is flexible and breathable and constantly adjusts itself on the skin to maintain a perfect matte finish that will last all day.
Now on to the topic of 'matte'. I am a bit dodgy about matte to be fair but this sounds different! This is 'new matte'!!
Pat McGrath, leading International Makeup Artist debuted Max Factor Facefinity All Day Flawless 3-in-1 Foundation on the Valentino AW12 Runway. This foundation is perfect for women that want to move away from shine but still keep a lovely luminous finish.
Pat says, "For me, there is a 'new matte look' for skin this winter. It isn't deathly matte, it's matte but with life, and the cheekbones look fresh". Now I like the sound of that!!
I am going to be following Caroline Barnes' tips for application - she has never failed me yet!! Caroline says, "apply with a brush around your T zone then blend the edges into the sides of your face or use the warmth of your fingertips to apply. Use a small brush to layer up and perfect." Roger that!! I'm on it!

Don't worry about that because Max Factor have it all sorted. I have been sent a full care package including Max Factor 24 False Lash Effect Mascara, the Max Factor Colour Expert Liners and Max Factor Lipfinity long lasting lipsticks. I'm sorted! Last one less thing to worry about packing (which I still haven't done!).
