Clarins Summer 2014 Colours of Brazil Collection

Tuesday, 18th Feb 2014
Yes! I have been desperate to tell you about the Clarins Summer 2014 makeup collection since I spied it in Paris last month at Clarins HQ. Colours of Brazil is filled with beautiful bronze, gold, blue and coral and really is the perfect Summer palette. I know that I have samples winging their way to me, but wanted to show you the product shots to really whet your appetite.
First up, the Clarins Limited Edition ‘Colours of Brazil’ Quartet & Eye Liner Palette:

The perfect summer bronze with a dash of peachy coral and an stunning injection of royal blue which is going to be huge this summer! Exciting!
The Clarins Summer Bronzing Palette for 2014:

I ADORE Clarins bronzing palettes. They are lovely and big and last forever. I am still using the Splendours one from last Summer and have barely made a dent. This one is just as gorgeous.
And here’s some super exciting news. Clarins have done the chubby stick/ lip crayon.  These are the new Clarins Limited Edition Lip Balm Crayons.

Yay! I suppose we could say that they are a little late to the party but you can trust Clarins to make sure they have everything right before they bring something out. I love Clarins lip products, particularly the lip perfectors and gloss prodige so I am expecting these to be exceptional. “Sheer luminous colour that hydrates like a lip balm, comforts like a lipstick and the offers shine of a gloss.” Yay! So excited to try these.
And finally, a new mascara – the Clarins Truly Waterproof Mascara.

I am IN LOVE with Clarins Be Long. It is one of the loveliest mascaras I have ever tried and I am constantly recommending it to people because I don’t think people think of Clarins that much when it comes to lashes. That one is a real gem. We all need a good waterproof number in the summer and this one promises to be ultra water-resistant with 12 hour hold plus intense colour, volume and length. On top of that, it will protect against harsh effects of salt water and chlorine whilst nourishing and conditioning hte lashes. Sounds perfect doesn’t it?
I can’t wait to try all these beautiful pieces from Clarins Summer 2014 Colours of Brazil Collection. Stay tuned for a full post of photos, swatches and wear very soon! Launch date is May 2014.

The Splendours bronzer tempted me back when it was released, and this new one will tempt me again. It looks lovely! I’ve really come to love Clarins’ makeup in the last year.

Does anyone know where to apply the coral colour? I purchased this eye palette and know how to apply 3 of the shadows: lightest all over the eye, medium on the lid, darkest on the crease and outer corner, but not sure where to apply the Coral colour, I applied it to the brow bone and it I like it but not quite sure if that’s where it’s supposed to go, so if not then where can I use it b/c it and the whole palette is beautiful and definitely want to get use of the beautiful coral colour…..thanks

Hi there! I have been using it all over the lid, or yu could just put a little pop of colour in the centre of the lid. That looks really nice too. When I do that I apply it with my finger xx
