Being highlighter obsessed, I literally couldn’t wait to get my hands on the new addition to Benefit’s Dandelion franchise. I have not been one bit disappointed by brand new Benefit Dandelion Twinkle Highlighter because it is absolutely perfect! Take a look here and see the swatches. Find it here
Straight away I have to say that I absolutely love this! It gives you an amazing glowy, luminous look without being overly shiny or chrome-y, but it’s not too subtle either, if you know what I mean? It makes you glow in the softest, most beautiful way that’s seriously visible without looking too done or fake. Perfection!
It has pink tones, but it isn’t too pink, and it’s literally the perfect highlighter for fairer skin tones I think. I’m obsessed.
If you don’t know, the original Dandelion product in the Benefit line up is an iconic brightening face powder, and that launched over ten years ago. It is a universally flattering baby-pink shade. This is the highlighting next step.
Benefit Dandelion Twinkle Highlighter Features
- Delicate powder highlighter & luminizer
- Formulated with a special baked technology for a sheer, super light texture
- Catches the light to make skin look naturally glowing
- Can be worn alone or on top of blush or powder
- Uses the signature dandy daydream scent
It’s adds an amazing glow to the skin without any visible glitter or shimmer overload. Although I say that it’s perfect for fair skintones, I actually think it would work on all skin types to deliver that beautiful lit from within glow without being too subtle.
It blends so easily and layers up a treat. You could use it very, very lightly all over the face, or focus it on the high points for a strobe effect. Love it!

This stuff smells so good! And it has the finest, softest texture that blends into the skin effortlessly. Yay!
I think this is a new favourite! I haven’t loved a highlighter from Benefit like this since my first obsession with High Beam many moons ago. I’m happy!
