Anne-Marie Lodge, ‘Ree’ started her blog, ReallyRee.com in 2010. She had a passion for all things beauty and wanted to share it with as many people as possible and a blog seemed the ideal way of doing it. She was thrilled and surprised when she initially started to get her first few readers to the blog; now those few readers have grown in to half a million readers a month and Ree’s blog has become the biggest beauty blog in the UK and one of the most trafficked in the world. Ree called the site ReallyRee because she felt she wanted to ‘keep it real’ for her readers and always write about beauty in an honest and accessible way for ordinary people like her, who just wanted to look their very best.

More recently he has been chairman of ad agency Libertine where he was a founding partner. He has joined ReallyRee.com as an investor and managing director to help develop the fast growing beauty blog. I am a thirty-something A Level Teacher with a passion for skin care and make up and love the calming ritual of applying both. I see myself as a keen amateur and find the beauty community to be welcoming, supportive and empowering.
Stephanie has been beauty blogging for over 7 years. She has a slight obsession with eyeshadow palettes and anything sparkly, with her makeup collection taking up more space than she dares to admit! She loves writing about all things beauty, both on her own blog and her at Really Ree.
Self confessed beauty addict, and absolute foodie. I am a freelance journalist I graduated with a degree in Journalism in 2016. Also a keen social media marketeer and absolute carb lover/addict. I live for carbs and glittery pigmented eyeshadows.
I'm Kate, a 28 year old cosmetics junkie from Yorkshire! I am a little bit obsessed with beauty products, particularly makeup as I am a part time makeup artist so that's my excuse for buying so much. I enjoy shopping as you would expect, wrestling as you wouldn't expect and generally spending my days eating, throwing a kettlebell around and watching trashy tv'

A communications professional who's worked in the charity and housing sector for 10 years, in my current role I tell my organisation's story through social media, video, press and PR. In my spare time I can be found blogging about whatever pops into my head, binge-watching YouTube, road testing products for ReallyRee and singing soprano with an award-winning choir.
My rather creative career path has taken me from primary teaching, to blogger, to launching a lipstick brand and opening a hair salon (not a hairdresser though). My blog has been with me for too many years to count (maybe 8-10 years now) and it's still rather old-school; just me sharing my life and thoughts. No super glam pictures here, soz.
Francesca always dreamed of being a famous singer when she was growing up, often choreographing dance routines for her Britney Spears renditions! I'm Victoria a teacher of teenagers with mental health issues by day, and a lifestyle and beauty blogger & youtuber by night. Both are passionate areas of mine! With regards to beauty I love to talk about all things makeup, skin care and fragrances - a central focus being how certain products work on brown beauties! From drugstore to indie to high end, I'll try it all. As a brown beauty myself, my hair is a natural afro, with the beauty being I am forever changing it from my afro coils one day to box braids the next and I love it! My skin type is combination/oily where my t-zone gets oily but the rest of my skin is normal. I am also sometimes prone to dehydrated skin.'
I am trained in Media and Performing Arts makeup and have assisted on various West End shows. I'm now a Dental Nurse (talk about a career change!) but created Spex & Lipstick so that even though I wasn't actively working in the makeup world much, I can still keep my hand in as beauty and skincare are massive passions of mine.
