Here’s a brand new addition to the Tata Harper skincare line and being a huge fan of masks, I was very keen to try this one. Here’s the low-down on the new Tata Harper Clarifying Mask.
This is primarily described as complexion clearing treatment although it’s a multi-benefit mask and what Tata herself describes as a skin perfecting mask – the ultimate weapon against any imperfection. I have combination skin and have been absolutely loving it.
Tata Harper Clarifying Mask Features
For healthy, balanced and clear skin:
- Chlorella nourishes skin with amino acids, vitamins & essential fatty acids
- AHA superfruit blend chemically exfoliates and smooths the skin
- Salicylic acid trio balances sebum, controls excess oil & decongests pores
- Soothing blend of Tazman Pepper Berry, Sandalwood Seed Oil, Arrowroot & Apple Seed Oil calms redness
- Quartz sand micro-crystals for physical exfoliation
This is such a gorgeous mask to use. It has a lightly sticky gel-cream texture (raw harvested honey), spreads easily over the skin and feels instantly soothing and calming. I love its bright green colour which is thanks to the Chlorella it uses. I leave it on for about 20 minutes and then add a splash of water and gently massage it over my face. This is when the quartz crystal kicks in to sweep away dead cells and leave skin soft and smooth.
With the addition of water, the mask gets a kind of milky look and feel, and it rinses away easily leaving the complexion feeling comfortable and perfected. This mask is great on my pores, which look clear and tightened straight after. This would be amazing if you needed to tackle a breakout in a gentle, skin loving way, and great before makeup application for a perfected look. It stays wet on the skin and doesn’t dry it out.
The Tata Harper Clarifying Mask is pricey, £68 for 30ml, but it’s packed with hard-working, natural ingredients that all have a purpose. No fillers needed! It will launch in June 2017. Find Tata Harper skincare HERE. I have also been loving the Illuminating Eye Cream (so brightening!) and the Oil Cleanser.
