Two of Armani’s lip formulations have had a Spring makeover for the Giorgio Armani Lip Freeze collection. It’s all about sorbet & I have swatches and photos right here for you to check out.
What is Giorgio Armani Lip Freeze?
This is quite a unique lip collection with a colour theme that crosses two of Armani’s best selling lip formulas. It’s a new palette of 12 shades designed for a fresh Spring look:
- 12 fresh yet timeless new shades
- Inspired by icy opaque pastels of 60s lipsticks
- Matte finish in Lip Maestro & Lip Magnet formulations
- Uses a snowflake base intensified with white pigment for a sorbet effect
I love both the Lip Maestro and Lip Magnet formulations from Armani Beauty, and have a few of the shades of each to show you.
Giorgio Armani Lip Freeze Lip Maestro Swatches
Lip Maestro offers up a velvety matte finish with a luminosity which works beautifully with these sorbet shades. I have shades 204 and 304 here to show you:
The Lip Maestro delivers a light-feeling veil of colour and the formula’s gel spheres stay flexible on the lips which means the colour lasts really well and lips stay moisturised.
The spheres also reflect light to provide a multidimensional effect which really adds depth to the sorbet shades. Love it.
Giorgio Armani Lip Freeze Lip Magnet Swatches
The Lip Magnet uses water in oil emulsion technology which applies like a light gloss and then dries down as the liquid evaporates fusing the pigment with the lips.
I have shades 100, 406, & 515 (see below for name references):
