Now that we’re heading into winter, it’s time to temporarily retire the bright pinks and neon nail polish colours from summer and dig out the autumn/winter plum and berry tones.I love this time of year for nail polish shades. Especially for this autumn/winter, Morgan Taylor have launched a whole collection inspired by taking flight – the Morgan Taylor Sweetheart Squadron Collection, and it’s beautiful!
There are six colours in the range, and all of them are perfect for this time of year. A beautiful mix of pastel winter shades and the usual burgundy colours you’d expect this autumn. Here’s what’s in the collection:
Morgan Taylor Sweetheart Squadron- Up In The Air- Heart
First shade is Up In the Air-Heart. I love this dusty light coral cream. It’s a beautiful shade which had full coverage in two coats. Find it here
Morgan Taylor Sweetheart Squadron – Rule The Runway
Next up is Rule the Runway, which is a light grey cream, which almost leans to a taupe like shade. I really love this colour! Find it here
Morgan Taylor Sweetheart Squadron- Put A Wing On It
Put a Wing on It is up next. It’s a lovely bright orange/red shimmer with full coverage in two coats. Find it here
Morgan Taylor Sweetheart Squadron- Looking For A Wingman
Next we have Looking for a Wingmanwhich is probably one of my favourites. This cranberry shade is just gorgeous. You only need two coats and it has such a shiny finish as well. Find it here
Morgan Taylor Sweetheart Squadron – Perfect Landing
Perfect Landing is a lovely dusty peach/coral cream. It’s darker than Up in the Air-Heart but the two would probably work really well together. Find it here
Morgan Taylor Sweetheart Squadron- Oh Para-chute!
Last but not least we haveOh Para-chute! This is another of my favourites from the collection. This polish is a dusty sage green/grey polish. It’s really unique and nothing else like it in my collection. Find it here
As with the other Morgan Taylor polishes I’ve used in the past, the formulation is great, they’re true to colour and last for a good five days on the nails without chipping. And they’re so shiny as well!
