I have been testing out the brand new Ouai Scalp and Body Scrub and have been absolutely loving it. Here’s what you need to know about this hair & body multi-tasker.
First of all, like all of the Ouai products, this smells amazing and is such a pleasure to use. As the name suggests, this is a scrub for the scalp and body that works to detox, cleanse and soften. Jen Atkin, the brand’s founder, says it’s like a trip to rehab for your scalp and skin.
Ouai Scalp and Body Scrub Features
- Deep cleansing, foaming scrub for scalp and body
- Powered by gently exfoliating sugar crystals
- Deep cleanses and softens skin
- Suitable for all hair and skin types
- Features a probiotic blend supports scalp & skin’s microbiome
- Coconut oil, rich in fatty acids, nourishes the skin, scalp and hair
- Available here for £32
This was love at first try for me I have to say, and I was impressed with what it did to both my hair and my skin from the first use.
How To Use
You simply wet hair and skin and then gently massage in the scrub. It feels so good on my scalp, which is prone to sensitivity and dryness, and isn’t at all harsh or abrasive.
I massaged it into my head for a few minutes, added a little extra water to lather it up and then rinsed it out. I followed with a little conditioner – I used my Ouai Clean conditioner just to stay on brand! After using this my scalp feels super clean, my hair is soft and looks really shiny.
The Ouai Scalp and Body Scrub worked equally well on my skin. It feels amazing massaged into wet skin, and delivered instantly softer skin which stayed feeling soft. I am super impressed.
Currently, you can order the Ouai Scalp and Body Scrub here for £32. I imagine it will join the rest of the Ouai line up at Space NK or Cult Beauty soon. I thoroughly recommend it. It’s kind of similar to the Christophe Robin scalp scrub except £10 cheaper and you can use it on your body as well.
